On Sunday, May 17th, the Antico Mercato will transform into a compass for an extraordinary journey. Together with Eleni Pisano—beer specialist and the "soul" of the Schiuma festival—we will explore the world of beer through five labels.
We will begin with the traditions of England, explore the character of Belgium, touch the excellence of Italy and the precision of Germany, and then return "back home" with the vibrant notes of local hoppy beers.
The experience includes: five selected beers with stories, anecdotes, and technical secrets, and five gourmet tastings from the Antico Mercato kitchen, designed to enhance every sip. An opportunity to stimulate the five senses and rediscover the pleasure of conviviality in a magical setting.
