Pesce d'Amare is a learning experience created by the Municipality of Ragusa, with funding from the Regional Department of Agriculture, Rural Development and Mediterranean Fisheries, and co-financed by the European Union under the PN FEAMPA 2021-2027, which aims to enhance, safeguard and promote neglected Mediterranean fish species.
The study day aims to foster dialogue between the worlds of scientific research, education, production, and high-quality catering, highlighting the contributions of the various project partners and local stakeholders engaged in the transition to sustainable production and cultural models.
