The tale is told - narrated tasting The tale is told - narrated tasting

A narration will guide a traditional Sicilian menu:

  • "Il tempo del massaro" (The farmer's time): a selection of dairy products
  • "L'addumata ro furno" (The turning on the oven): "scaccia" and other roasted meats
  • "U pane 'nciminato" (The homemade bread) with a selection of extra virgin olive oil
  • "Arriva la domenica" (Sunday is coming)
  • A first course of your choice
  • "Na cosa aruci" (Something sweet): seasonal dessert

Each course becomes the protagonist of a narrative tlae about the Iblei agricultural traditions, with particular attention to the evolution of ancient productions over time, surviving the passing of the centuries and becoming an essential part of the local identity.
